This policy explains how Nord Feron Labs handles personal data when you visit this website or contact us through it. We keep it short because we collect very little.

1. Who is responsible (data controller)

For visitors and enquiries from the European Union, our affiliated Estonian company — Nord Feron OÜ, Narva mnt 5, Kesklinna linnaosa, 10117 Tallinn, Estonia (registry code 17438195) — acts as the point of contact for data protection matters within the meaning of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), reachable at the same email address.

2. What data we collect

Contact form. When you submit our contact form, we receive the information you enter: your name, email address, company name (optional) and your message. We use it solely to respond to your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual communication at your request) and, where applicable, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries).

Server logs. Our hosting provider automatically records technical access data (IP address, date and time, browser type, pages requested) in server logs for security and stability. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Logs are deleted according to the hosting provider's standard retention schedule.

Cookies and tracking. This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising or tracking tools.

3. Service providers (processors)

• Form delivery: contact form submissions are transmitted to us via Web3Forms (a form-to-email delivery service), which processes the submitted data only to deliver it to our mailbox.
• Web fonts: this site loads fonts from Google Fonts. When a page loads, your browser connects to Google's servers, which involves the transmission of your IP address to Google. Google may process this data on servers outside the EU/EEA.
• Hosting: this website is operated on infrastructure of our hosting provider, which processes server log data on our behalf.

4. How long we keep data

Enquiry emails are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and any follow-up business relationship, after which they are deleted unless statutory retention duties (e.g. accounting records) require otherwise.

5. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

• access the personal data we hold about you (Art. 15),
• rectification of inaccurate data (Art. 16),
• erasure (Art. 17) and restriction of processing (Art. 18),
• data portability (Art. 20),
• object to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21), and
• lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in Estonia, the Andmekaitse Inspektsioon (Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate), www.aki.ee.
